I am a happy, returning customer of Pearl City Auto Works. They took care of replacing my brake rotors and pads, and gave me a free safety check--all while entrusting me with a loaner vehicle--thank you! By the way, when I first came here for a check engine light, I mentioned that the car was sputtering intermittently. They replaced the exhaust camshaft solenoid, and my car has not sputtered since. Erin, Shay, and Jen go out of their way to make sure you have a positive experience and that your car is properly taken care of.

First time working with them and they did a great job on working on and keeping me in the loop of the progress with my vehicle. Only thing that sucked was there were multiple issues with part ordering so it took an extended amount of time to repair my vehicle. It wasn’t their fault however it was the dealership ordering. Shay was very helpful and great to talk to.

Amazing service! Had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment with them due to availability but it was well worth the wait. The entire process was seamless and I was regularly updated on the status of my vehicle. The inspection report they provide was a welcome surprise, I’ve never seen anything like that at any other auto shop!

Very happy for your honest opinion and recommendation regarding my RAV4. This is why I won’t bring my vehicle anywhere else for mechanical repairs.

PCAW took care of all the vehicle issues I had with my 2016 Kia Soul. And they also notify you of any future repairs that need to be taken care of now, or in the near future. Great Work!
