Outstanding customer service! I came to Pearl City Auto Works for help with a check engine light, although I knew there were other issues with my car. PCAW did a courtesy inspection, which helped me to prioritize repairs. Their estimates clearly list costs for parts and labor, and their prices are very fair. Erin and Shay communicate clearly every step of the way, and their responsiveness, friendliness, helpfulness, and follow-through is so appreciated. I'm grateful that I was provided with a free loaner car while my repairs were being done. My safety check is due next month, and they gave me a coupon for a free safety check. The time to complete the job was spot on. This is the second time a component of the A/C has leaked. Hopefully the compressor doesn't give next. Hope I'm not spending a lot of money to keep this car running. The mechanics, at Pearl City Auto, are very good but the price of fixing an old car versus buying a new one needs to be taken into consideration.
