Staff are very sincere and takes your problem Seriously. Even though their schedule was booked, they made the time for me to drop off my vehicle so they could take a look at the problem that I was having. This family owned shop took good care of my 2014 Dodge Charger. They were quick and informative and I was back on the road quickly. I will definitely use them again for my future car maintenance and repairs.

What a pleasant experience at PCAW (Pearl City Auto Works). I had 2 electrical problems with my vehicle which required a partial disassembly of the dash. PCAW correctly identified the cause of the electrical problem and corrected the problem and reassembled the dash to its original condition using great care as my vehicle was a 2000 Ranger and the clips etc. required extra care to prevent breaking. A special thank you goes to Shay for her assistance in scheduling my appointments and keeping me informed as to the arrival of parts needed and the status of the repairs to my truck. I will definitely be a return customer.
