I recently purchased a 2006 Cadillac XLR with 48000 miles. Power steering fluid started to drip recently. I considered bringing it to the dealer because that car is no longer made and the parts are hard to come by. By doing my research, there are so many auto mechanic companies on Oahu, it’s like where do I go? Who do I trust? I came across PCAW. Their website was spot on. Local company taking care of the local people. I thought…. Let’s give them a chance. So it turned out the hose was leaking. Keoki suggested we change both. Dealer didn’t and couldn’t get the part. I started thinking did I just make a bad purchase? Keoki reassured me it would be ok. PCAW went above and beyond to get the 2 hoses special made. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your drive to make your customer satisfied. PCAW is now the mechanic for my car.

After two shorty mechanic working on my vehicle and making things worse, PCAW was recommended to me and the FIXED THE PROBLEM. Mahalo!!! The staff was thorough and patient. All the ladies in the office were very nice, kind and understanding. I will be back as you have a legacy business which is hard to find in today’s world where generations don’t have any interest in a “family “ business. Came for a mechanical check on a used car we just bought.
