All I can say is WOW! What a professional experience from the phone call inquiry to the end result. I had white exhaust smoke issues which I initially thought was a coolant leakage in a damaged head gasket. In calling around other auto repair shops, everyone said they would not take on the issue because the down time is really not worth the time. One guy told me to buy a new engine. $19,000 price tag. No thank you. Corresponding with Shay to explain my issue , the willingness of them not locking me out without looking at the car to setting the appointment and daily updates with what they found and the time it would take to complete the repair. Speaking with Shay is like talking with your relative or best friend and just a pleasant person to communicate with. Keoki the technician, took the time to explain to me what the issues were and had a picture to show me what they fixed and what I needed to do to continue with improvement of the engine. Also a very pleasant person who could pass himself as a hotel concierge with the customer service he portrayed. I live in Kaimuki and the distance will never keep me from seeking service from them in the future!
