Excellent service, pearl city auto works receptionists and mechanics are great. They communicated very well, are very knowledgeable, gave honest advice on what needed to be fixed, and did it in a timely manner. Great shop and will be using them for all auto work I need.

Honestly the best customer service to be found on this island. Friendly and very professional. They communicated well and frequently when my car was in their shop. They provide a loaner car if you need one and try their best to get the work done quickly and ensure the repairs are done correctly. Definitely recommend.
