My wife and I were very pleased when we first visited Pearl City Auto Works (PCAW) to have our AC system diagnosed. Jenn Nishiki, a service team member, was very professional and informative as to the process and lead time it would take to complete the diagnostic of our AC system, which would take an estimated 4 hours. We were ecstatic that she had a loaner for us to use while their service tech worked on our SUV. When we returned, Jenn had the diagnostic report which indicated what needed to be repaired/replaced and the cost for this service. What impressed me with the report is, not only did their service tech do the AC diagnostic, but a courtesy inspection also showed the current condition of our SUV's fluids. It also included recommended services due to mileage or year of the vehicle and an issue with our windshield washer not working properly that is required to pass a Safety Check inspection. We scheduled the AC R/R, and we were provided a loaner while our SUV was being serviced. We were both pleased with PCAW's professionalism, that we scheduled our windshield washer hose replacement and will schedule our SUV's recommended services. Both Erin Rodriguez, Owner, and Jenn were very friendly and courteous throughout our visits to PCAW. We will surely recommend PCAW to our family and friends. MAHALO, PCAW!

My Acura TL had a check engine light come on and the engine was running rough. After making an appointment and waiting for a couple weeks, they were able service my car. The tech did a comprehensive check of the car and recommended valve clearances to be adjusted. Then recommended oxygen sensors to be replaced which I already knew were were bad. Overall, service was very good and my car is running very smoothly once again. However, it did take about 11 days to finally get my car back since it seems they are a small shop and have a very busy schedule with lots of customers. I didn’t need a loaner car while my car was in the shop but I noticed that they do seem to offer a fleet of them. The company seems like a locally owned family business with a friendly staff that conveniently located in Pearl City for me.
