My Toyota Highlander started to run rough and the engine light was flashing but I had other lights that were on and now my Toyota runs smoothly and for the other lights that was on, Pearl City Auto Works cleared all lights. Thank You

Service is excellent and they provide a loaner vehicle! Been going to the dealership for a while for maintenance but service was always so so. Decided to try Pear City Auto based on yelp reviews and they were pretty thorough with inspection and pointed out some other things that the dealership never ever brought to my attention that were pretty important. Glad I switched shop.

They did an excellent job. Gave me a loaner car free and double checked I brought the right transmission fluid before doing service. They seem to offer a lot of coupons. I think they are more reputable then a lot of other places and I'm going to continue to bring my car to them.

Most customer oriented Company! I am impressed on the detail of the report given on our car, I am speechless on the care and detail these individuals provide the customer, Although I erased the codes for the check engine light i was instructed in a professional way that when it comes up to leave the light on and bring it back in. These professionals still posses the old ways of customer relations! I highly recommend this Repair shop to anyone I just found my forever shop for all my repairs!

Service done on time. Received call when work was completed. Service included Safety Check. When I checked in, determined that my Proof of Insurance was not in my paperwork. Contacted my wife and went on line to retrieve copy. Girls up front were very patient.
