PCAW was able to fix my rear shock on my 4Runner in an hour or two. There customer service was exceptional and everyone was very polite. They followed through and got in contact with the insurance company responsible for the damage in a timely manner. There prices were fair, therefor I was not surprised when I saw the invoice. Will definitely go back for future services.

Above and beyond customer service and honest work at a fair price! My car was in the shop for about 3 weeks to include drop off, diagnostic, ordering/receiving parts, and repairs. Pearl City Auto Works provided a loaner vehicle during the whole time!! Hard to come by a business that is so accommodating! Jen and the team kept me up to date throughout the process and were very helpful. Ill be sure to bring my cars here for any future maintenance or repairs. I would highly recommend to anyone on island!

It has been a painful and inexpensive journey to try to get this. Problem solved with my vehicle. Pearl City auto works in a matter of two days. Found the problem and corrected it. I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend them for automotive repair and service.

Awesome shop. Sent me a 9 point inspection before starting any work and was able to fix a misfiring issue on my car very quickly and the price was extremely fair. 10/10 will definitely come back.
