First time customer here and I was so impressed with this shop. First off my service advisor Shay was so nice and professional. She made sure to get all information of what was going on and recommended I get a complete vehicle inspection to make sure all was ok with my ride. They kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle and gave me a thorough report at the end. Turns out all was good and I did not need any further mechanical repairs at this time. These days it can be hard to find an honest mechanic shop. They could have literally told me anything was wrong and made money but instead they were honest and told me everything looked great and if I suspect anything in the future to just stop by and they will take a look. The only bad thing is it took me two years of living on island to find them. I’ll definitely be using them from here on out for any future needs. I went Ahead and scheduled my oil change and tire rotation as well, and to top it off they gave me a Starbucks gift card for being a new customer. WoW! you guys are awesome, So happy I found this place!

Pearl City Auto Works is THE best place on the island for car maintenance/repair. They feel like friends and are always so helpful and accommodating! We have been on island for 3 years and have been bringing our vehicles here the whole time. I’m so sad to leave them and cannot recommend them enough. Their pricing is transparent and completely reasonable, the service is fast and high quality, and customer service can’t be beat. 10/10, 5 Stars!
