I've had my AC compressor and components replaced, and most recently my steering rack and r/f drive axle replaced. Both times Keoki and Jen were kind enough to drop me off and pick me up since I live close to there facility. When performing my steering repair Keoki noticed and informed me that a frt shock that I have recently replaced myself was defective and went out of his way to work with the part vendor to provide another shock. They installed the new shock at a very reasonable price which made it very convenient for me and delay the frt end alignment needed to complete the entire repair properly. PCAW is my new go-to shop when I cannot do the repair myself. I'm getting older. The staff is always friendly, accommodating, communicate efficiently, and the cost is always fair. I would know as I have worked on cars all my adult life. Great shop and staff.
