They replaced my oil filter housing, did an oil change, and put on new windshield wipers. I like the service of pearl city auto works (PCAW).First of all, the manager, Keoki, and Jenn (office staff) give great customer service. They are knowledgeable about car repair, friendly, and are honest. It is hard to find honest people in the car repair business. Second, they look out for your best interest in terms of cost. If they can find some way to save you money, they will let you know. For instance , they told me that if I brought my own air filter and windshield wipers, that it would be cheaper for me so that is what I did. Third, PCAW offers free car loaner if you need a car to borrow while they work on your car. All you have to do is just fill up the gas tank before you bring the loaner back. Fourth, the staff is willing to work with you on your car repair needs. I needed my car repair to be finished no later than 1:30 PM because I had to work at 2 PM. Since I brought in my car 30 minutes late, it wasn’t promised that they could have it done by that time. Which I understood. However, The staff made sure my car repair was done in a timely manner and I was able to go to work on time. Apparently, the mechanic worked through his lunch just to finish my car repair on time. It is small details like that that make me want to come back to Pro city auto works.
