update 4/2022 Scheduled a safety check they didn't (or no longer do) any 4:30 appointments but I was able to schedule a drop off during my lunch break and pick up a loaner (at no cost, besides gas). Prior to appointment I asked if I could add on an oil change. At time of drop off I forgot my insurance card once again and I remembered that a window needed repair because I saw the tape I had holding it shut. It took an extra 2 days before they recieved the part but that was not on them. I loved the service, everything else was done same day, and I enjoyed driving the loaner. only thing I would change is major odor removal of the loaner as it smelled like my grandpa's "work truck". Then again the only charge was the gas I used so for me that made it bearable. And they gave me a free safety check for next year! Original Post: Scheduled a 4:30pm safety check after work. Got there a little early. Was back on the road at 4:43pm. I also forgot my insurance card. They were able to accept an email of the card I got from my insurance company's website. Overall very professional, courteous, and timely service. I will be trying them again in the future. Perhaps for an oil change.
