I’ve been looking for a new mechanic since my previous one closed his shop in town. I was looking for a shop closer to my home and I liked the reviews that I read on line. When I went in for my first appointment the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Also liked that they had a clean and cool area for their customers to wait for their cars. They checked my car as I requested and informed me of what they found, explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost, and when it should be addressed by. This was very helpful for me to plan how I would fix the issues in my car. There was no pressure added to do any of the work immediately and it was left to my decision. My experience here was very good and I will be back to get my car back to par!

Pearl City Auto Works makes you feel good makes you feel like family you can trust your vehicle in their presence you can rely on good work and great prices. It’s not a system or a company that you would feel you’re being taken advantage of that you’re a woman coming in to seek help I felt really comfortable. I’m glad that they took very good care of me. The time was fast the price was low and the work was good. Anything go on with my vehicle I’m taking it back there. The people are awesome. The environment felt cozy im totally satisfied.

They had same day availability. Very helpful and courteous. I had my car towed there. My car wouldn’t start. I thought it was the starter. It was a good thing that they asked if I wanted a diagnostic or to go ahead and change the starter. After running the diagnostic they found out it was actually the battery that was dead. So had them replace the battery. Got the car there about 8:30 am, they called about what they found at about noon, 3:30 pm they called that I could pick up the car. All for a very reasonable price. Will use them again.

Very reasonable prices, not a bad wait at all given the number of customers. Highly recommend!
