update 10/2022 Brought in my Sienna for an oil change, Alignment, and to check on wheel balancing. Picked up a loaner (4Runner). couple of days later brought in my Rav4 for an oil change and drove home with my sienna. on the weekend returned the loaner and dropped keys in the lock box and drove home with my rav4. They found some issues with both cars and were able to give me recommendations on what repairs to do first based on my budget. Once again Awesome service. update 4/2022 Scheduled a safety check they didn't (or no longer do) any 4:30 appointments but I was able to schedule a drop off during my lunch break and pick up a loaner (at no cost, besides gas). Prior to appointment I asked if I could add on an oil change. At time of drop off I forgot my insurance card once again and I remembered that a window needed repair because I saw the tape I had holding it shut. It took an extra 2 days before they recieved the part but that was not on them. I loved the service, everything else was done same day, and I enjoyed driving the loaner. only thing I would change is major odor removal of the loaner as it smelled like my grandpa's "work truck". Then again the only charge was the gas I used so for me that made it bearable. And they gave me a free safety check for next year! Original Post: Scheduled a 4:30pm safety check after work. Got there a little early. Was back on the road at 4:43pm. I also forgot my insurance card. They were able to accept an email of the card I got from my insurance company's website. Overall very professional, courteous, and timely service. I will be trying them again in the future. Perhaps for an oil change.

I’ve been looking for a new mechanic since my previous one closed his shop in town. I was looking for a shop closer to my home and I liked the reviews that I read on line. When I went in for my first appointment the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Also liked that they had a clean and cool area for their customers to wait for their cars. They checked my car as I requested and informed me of what they found, explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost, and when it should be addressed by. This was very helpful for me to plan how I would fix the issues in my car. There was no pressure added to do any of the work immediately and it was left to my decision. My experience here was very good and I will be back to get my car back to par!
