The staff at Pearl City Auto Works are awesome. Keoki is great and will give you a fair and honest answer. It is very refreshing to work with a shop that will give you honest advice and not just upsale you on services that are not required. Everyone is friendly and their work is top notch. You can see the pride in their work by the quality of the service and knowledge. This beats going to the dealer and getting taken for a ride that drains your wallet and does not guarantee their work. This is a shop you can call family.

Pearl City Autoworks diagnosed and fixed our brake problem in one day, even though my own mistake caused an unnecessary delay. This is making the customer happy even when it's his own fault. Not surprising though since they have been keeping me and my cars happy for many years. Excellent service as always.

Choosing an auto shop is always a challenge. You can never tell if a shop is just trying to take your money or truly trying to help you. From the moment I called, I received nothing but outstanding service!! They were accommodating to my schedule and offered a loaner so I didn't have to miss work. I went in because I was told (by another shop) I needed my brake pads changed and rotors resurfaced. PCAW did a courtesy inspection on my entire car and emailed me the report.(Yay!! technology) After talking to Keoki, it turned out that my car brakes were fine for another 5000 miles! I was grateful that they took the time to check it out and not just change it because I was "told" something was wrong. Now this is true "SERVICE", they easily could have made $400+ off of me but didn't. I was so relieved! They definitely have their customer's best interest at heart. I've never been so pleased and confident of a body shop. I'm a customer for life! You can bet I'll be sending you referrals! MAHALO!!
