Pearl City Auto Works is a professional, efficient, honest, and fair priced family run business. It’s difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic anywhere, so look no further. It’s sometimes difficult to book appointments because they’re so popular - this is a good problem. Be patient and wait for the best.

Price was great and Erin was very professional and courteous. They actually went out of their way to save me money and time which is unheard of for most mechanics. Highly recommend and will be back!

They were incredibly helpful to our family during a very stressful situation. We had purchased a vehicle from a private seller and later discovered the seller was a car flipper operating illegally in Hawaii. We brought the car in for an inspection since the safety check was coming due, and they uncovered numerous issues. They were patient and understanding while we worked through things with the seller. Due to a radiator issue, the mechanics determined the vehicle was not safe to drive. They worked with us on a solution to hold the vehicle until the situation was legally resolved. I truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help us navigate such a difficult experience. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to others. Mahalo!

I want to start off by saying thank you to Pearl City Auto Works for bringing my car back to life! I spent a while trying to find a reliable place to bring my car to, and came across here. My car was completely out of service, and needed to be towed there. I’m so grateful to have chosen Pearl City Auto Works. They kept me updated every step of the way, and the part my car needed came in way earlier than expected and they got right to it. Thanks to them, my car is back and running like before.
