Took my car here for an oil change, and 5k miles later I decided to do an oil change with my friend, come to find out this shop broke my drain plug and sealed the hole with blue sealant and had to replace the entire oil pan with a different mechanic, they do not tell you if they break something and instead they cover it up to save their butts, I am never taking my car here ever again.

I took my car in near the end of October 2025, to get my AC fixed. I explained I was going on a 2 week trip and my husband would be the one to ccontact. While I was away, they contacted only my husband and arranged pick up of my repaired car with him. The service from everyone involved was courteous, professional and efficient. I even got a certificate for a free safety check! I'll be bringing my car here if I need any repairs.

Only thing I would recommend in my opinion is .If a customer has a concern about the vehicle you guys serviced .You should have the mechanic come out automatically and speak with customer about their concerns . Because he or she is the one that did the work and can explain to the customer about their concerns and what they did to the vehicle . Not someone else who did not work on the vehicle. I took my vehicle to Good year to get a second opinion and the lead mechanic explained everything to me about my concerns for free .Thats all

Only thing on Recipt it doesn’t say if they changed front and rear differential fluid,also I told the lady to put down what type of fluid you use in trans and diff Got a text right after posting and asked me about my concerns about vehicle . Right on for responding so quickly told me about front differential and what type of oil used also in trans . Thanks will see you on my next appointment oil change .

We've been visiting this shop for years and have always had great experiences. Whenever someone asks for a recommendation, I confidently recommend Pearl City Auto Works. The staff genuinely treats customers like family, they are honest, and never try to sell us unnecessary services. Since my spouse travels frequently for work, this is the only shop they trust to handle our car while they're away. Recently, I had an issue and was concerned about some noises coming from our vehicle. I left a voicemail, got a callback within an hour, and given our situation, they worked with us to come in to ensure everything was okay. But, just like a sickly child walking into the doctor's office looking perfectly healthy, our car didn't make the noise when it was checked, haha. The staff suggested recording the sound and bringing it back if it worsened over the weekend, as they are closed then. Also, when they don't have loaners available, they have a very reasonably priced partnership with Enterprise if a rental is needed. I'm truly grateful to everyone there for their caring and professional service. Before finding this gem, we had horror story after horror story trying to find a good shop for our vehicle. Highly recommend them here for any service!

Always great service & my car is Healthy for its' age!

After taking my car elsewhere to get "fixed", 6 weeks later the same issue appeared. I had a feeling PCAW could find out exactly what was going on with my car. They were able to squeeze me in their already tight service schedule. The service was personable and honest. Greatly appreciate Service Tech, Keoki for putting in the time and effort to find the issue that the other place didn't invest the time to do so. He listened to my concerns and stayed in contact throughout. An explanation of the issue was given in detail. Highly Recommend!
