I was referred by a friend over a year ago, but I was always hesitant because I worried I’d get ripped off or that they’d try to convince me to fix something that didn’t really need fixing. Well, I’m happy to say I was proven wrong—and honestly, it feels pretty good to be wrong! LOL! Guy was my tech, and he was awesome! He was knowledgeable, honest, and did a great job. I’ll definitely be recommending him. And let’s not forget the ladies at the counter—they’ll put some guys to shame! Super knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Looks like I finally found myself a mechanic! Definitely recommend! 👍

Pearl City auto works is the best experience I’ve had so far. Everyone was extremely nice and helped me out while my car was getting diagnosed. They’re very thorough in their inspection and even pointed out things that the dealerships missed. Very grateful to see that people still care about the quality of their work.

The service and attention to detail was GREAT. I had been looking for an old school mechanic/car service since George’s Union on Kapahulu Ave closed down years ago. I am fortunate to have found untouched all. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional and the most up to date communication. I LOVED it. Mahalo!

Diagnosis of ac system. Confirmed what I thought it was. Very thorough and professional. Waiting on estimate to repair so I can make a decision when to do actual repair of evaporator and actuator motors.

I have been using PCAW for several years to service all my vehicles, including oil changes, safety checks, primary component inspections, and mechanical repairs.
