Pearl City Auto Works has helped me and my family out during a very stressful time. Being down a car is extremely difficult with a 2 household income. Shay has been patient from the beginning dealing with my phone calls just trying to get our van in to be diagnosed. Kioki was thorough and understanding of our situation. He was able to diagnose it clearly and allow us to make the necessary arrangements for the next steps. Thankyou for the after hours key drop off for our emergency. We appreciate you guys and will be coming back for any auto repair work needed on our vehicles

Excellent service with appointment and took my car in on time and loved the pictures sent to my phone and the details of diagnostics of the entire car. It was my first time here recommended by a customer I was talking to at work who also uses them. I will surely come back. Staff in front were very polite and friendly. It’s sometimes difficult to book appointments because they’re so popular - this is a good problem. Be patient and wait for the best.

Price was great and Erin was very professional and courteous. They actually went out of their way to save me money and time which is unheard of for most mechanics. Highly recommend and will be back!
