Always a pleasant experience at PCAW. No surprises. They accept major work but will politely decline to do items which they feel are beyond their expertise or are unique and for which the staff might not be certified. And when I bring them small items, like changing my oil and filter (I purchase them elsewhere), or doing an annual safety inspection, they don't balk. Getting an appointment is easy. They have earned my trust and respect, so I don't need to second guess their work or their motives. The measures they have taken to remain open and yet keep staff and customers safe during the COVID crisis are creative and impressive. Kudos to them! Everyone should support them and their business.
