This family owned Auto Shop is amazing. I am never disappointed with the great work that they do on my car everytime I bring it to them. They deserve more than a 5 star rating. The honesty and compassion they have for their clients are unlike any other. Keoki will always give you call to update you about your car. Asked Keoki for an almost impossible request to have my car done before a specific day due to me having to bring my car in for tint and recon. And he made sure he and his technicians got the job done in time. Hats off to those guys at Pearl City Auto works.

I’ve been coming to PCAW for a while now, great service and friendly staff. The only thing was my oil change costed a lot more than usual. Looks like it was a COVID charge that I was not notified of. Keoki kindly called me and explained the pricing and charge to me. This is a place where a company is there for their customers.

Keoki and Jen were very professional and easy to work with. They were very patient with our situation and worked diligently with our warranty to ensure that we were getting the best part we needed for our vehicle. The best part was was finding out that they have loaner vehicles for their customers. I would recommend these guys to everyone.
