Paid to get diagnostics done but were not able to help me i guess they are good with newer cars i have a 1990 mitsubishi eclipse and it was not properly diagnosed but they sighted the obvious things that needed work i paid quite a bit for diagnostic and made no headway.

I'm sorry that it wasn't communicated that if you purchase your own part & install it that your car's computer needs to relearn the difference in specs. I'm very glad that you can re-purchase the part & we can install it & make sure it helps the issue. We are always here to make things right if they go wrong. Mahalo!

I’ve always been so skeptical about mechanics but Pearl City Auto Works changed my mind. They have excellent customer service and they are 💯 honest. The prices were reasonable. I recommend them 💯 and definitely coming back for any mechanical problem or service in the future.

Took my 2002 Toyota Tundra in after my AC crashed. PCAW diagnosed the problem, retrieved the necessary parts from Toyota and repaired my vehicle in one day. Great job gang, way to make a guy feel cool😳

Pearl City auto is in a class by itself. I recently had work done at another 5 star Yelp repair shop and left feeling like I didn't really get the entire picture of what was repaired or needed. I decided to find another shop to look at the same issue and what a difference. Everything from setting the appointment to the initial diagnostic was fantastic. Pearl City Auto sent an email with pictures of the issue and the service manager called to explain the repair. Everything with Pearl City Auto is the best experience I have had with a repair shop so far. I will definitely be coming back for future service needs and would recommend this shop to anyone on the island.
