Inspection result with vehicle update and diagnostic checklist was sent by email, for other work to be done or not. Communication was excellent.

Changed my oil and confirmed my suspicions on my exhaust. 100% I recommend my friends to go there if they need any work done. They also fixed my handmedown vehicle and do thorough inspections with a ton of pictures so that if you don’t get things fixed at that moment you know what you need to fix or what you will most likely need in the future.

Been hella busy with work and stuff so forgot to make a feedback here. This is actually my second time I came to them to fix the problems I had with my car. I am ready glad with the service I had. Keoki was really direct and walked me thru what needed to be done with the car. Even thru the point where the payment and all was the done the engine light came on. I called him and took it to the shop only to find out it was a factory part that I put in wasn't the right one. A big job that they took serious and came in clutch. If you need a great place that does great work and has awesome service go and visit PC Auto works trust me your car will love it.

They did an awesome job on the replacement of my cooling fan. I would definitely be coming back just based on their service. Great staff, very responsive and they provide a loaner (+++).

Best experience with a mechanic shop yet. Keoki took a lot of time explaining what was wrong and answering my questions. Jen at the front was very helpful as well. They provided a detailed report with pictures of what was going on with my truck instead of just a few sentences on a page. Big fan. Bring your vehicle here.
