Just incredible patience. Took it to 3 shops. Finally Keoki was able to find the problem. Service over and beyond.

While other mechanics had a 1-2 week wait list, PC Auto Works were able to help me promptly. The staff there are very pleasant and knowledgable and am pleased to do business with them!

Pearl City Auto has two very knowledgeable women working the front desk, which is nice to see. And being a women myself sometimes when the repair man comes to talk to me they tend to see I'm a women and talk down to me or not listen to what I have to say. But NOT Peal City Auto!! The technician was very knowledgeable and respectful. Even though I only paid for the diagnostic test and didn't get any repairs done that day they still were wonderful and gave me a detailed list to take home for my own consideration. I will surely return in the future.
