Vehicle seems to be running fine however, I noticed the fuse panel below the steering wheel was slightly propped open on the right side. I'm unable to close it completely so I'm wondering if that was the area used to do the check of the charging system. Otherwise, service is always great!

The staff is always nice and honest. Their work is A+. Shay lets you know what the problem is, how long it will take and the estimated cost. She also makes sure you have a way home or loan you a car. Erin is always there and makes sure you are 100% satisfied with the work they did. My car is 23 years old and running good because of the excellent work they do on it. .

These guys are great. I came in with several issues and 2 messages on my dashboare. But they were very honest and let me know that fixing one small thing would fix all of the issues. That is INTEGRITY and that's what makes me a repeat customer!

Great customer service! Same day appointment for a vehicle inspection. The service only took 15 minutes. I will look to PCAW in the future for vehicle repairs. One improvement I recommend is to advertise the location better with signage.
