Always greeted with a smile! Very courteous and felt no pressure at all to have any repairs done with my car. They did give me heads up what needed to be done and based on my previous service, I knew this is the place where I m taking my car. For them to have a loaner when asked is a plus and also I checked on Yelp about them and I must say I was pretty excited to take my car here knowing I will be in great hands! Thank You!!

There was an issue with the one of the parts the first time around, but the shop ordered a new part and replaced it the next working day so it wasn't too inconvenient. Everyone was very professional and nice.

Everyone was super friendly and professional, got us in quickly and finished the job quickly, and the prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be coming here for any future auto needs!

I've been here a few times, and they fixed old problems that my previous mechanic who I went to for over 6 years couldn't fix...oil and coolant leaks, in addition to a variety of other issues for my old car. I was so pleased with my first visit, that I decided at that point that this would be my new go-to place with vehicle issues. At the time, I took a bus to get to work after dropping off my car and met a lady on the bus who was doing the same thing, and she even said that she's been going to them for years and really likes them. So that was a good sign from the beginning! The list of the number of things they fixed is too many to note, but just a few of the services that they provided to me that really stood out was:They were willing to use an alternator that I bought from an Auto Part store (I had bought it because a mobile mechanic was going to help me install it, but he never showed up). Most repair shops from my experience would insist on using their own parts (so that they can charge extra, I'm sure). Their labor cost was actually less then the mobile mechanic. When I get an oil change, they're willing to use 10W-30 oil, since that's my car's manufactures recommendation for over 100,000 miles. Everywhere else I've been to insisted on using 5W-30.More often then not, they have a loaner vehicle available. My car is there longer then it used to be at my previous mechanic's place, but at least with a loaner, I'm not in a rush to get it back, and I feel better that they're taking the time to get it fixed right, rather then being in a rush to get it off their parking lot same day. After each service, they always called and emailed, to see how the car is doing. That shows they're really confident in their work! I also have a '72 truck which I've had difficulties finding repair shops who will even look at it because it's too old. When I mentioned it to PCAW, whether they'd help me out if I ever have issues with it in the future, they said that they'll look at it and give honest feedback, whether they can fix it or not, just like any other vehicle. They won't turn me away simply because of its age. When I had issues with my check engine light because of the EGR valve, they cleaned it out real good to clear the passageways, and no more check-engine light. Any other shop would not have taken the time to clean it out. They would have replaced it with new parts and charged a whole lot more. They have a handy website if you set up an account with them, which maintains a record of their recommended maintenance checklist and a history of your past visits with all the details. This is one repair shop I'd proudly recommend to anyone, which says a lot because I've never been to any other repair shop that I trusted.

Awesome service, friendly, upfront and hooked it up. I wont get into details about my charger but it was a hot mess because of another mechanic shop that drove my car over seventy thousand miles and blew the entire engine, guy lost my car keys (he expected me to have a spare), drove it there and when leaving after a block car wouldn't kick, jugs of water everywhere in my car, and a load of scrapes and dents around the car. . I was devastated and absolutely did not want to give in to just giving up on my girl (charger), so I took my car here to PCAW and was told i needed an entire engine, I panicked because we all know how much this kine job would cost. Keoki gave me a quote and I could not believe how reasonable it was, I paid weekly while waiting for the engine that was coming in from Seattle and within a month I got to pick up my car. Thanks to these guys my car was and still driving like one champ!! Highly recommended shop, I now can say I finally found myself a trustworthy repair shop to take my cars to. Aloha to the PCAW team:)

Overall everything was good only thing for the amount of repairs I had done and the amount of money spent there someone could at least cleaned my windshield with was very dusty witch some turn on the windshield wipers and smeered the dust so when I drove away had hard time seeing thought front windshield in traffic with sun shinning in and no water to rinse windshield with in reservoir someone could have at least wipe the winsheild before releasing the car

I took my 2006 Chrysler Town and Country in for coolant issue, they were able to diagnose a radiator issue and fix it fast for me. I was very impressed with their friendly staff and customer service. Will definitely be the first ones to call if I'm ever in need of any auto work again. Very pleased with everything.
