Service was terrific and reassuring for me. The help offered me from the time I spoke to Keoki to having my car serviced gave me peace of mind.

Great service and very detail oriented. Explained and showed in detail what was taken cared of and what other problems that had to be addressed. Shop is very clean and orderly - appointment was taken on time and finished on time as promised.

I regularly service my car. At these times, Pearl City Auto Works (PCAW) will inform me of car problems that must be fixed immediately, if any, and list potential car troubles that don't have to be fixed now. They keep track of all my car troubles in their computer. Recently my car had to be fixed because a potential car trouble became a 'must fix immediately'. For me when PCAW only fix the 'need to be fix now' it saves me money. They always try to hold off fixing car problems until it is really necessary to correct. Keoki explained to me what the problem was, showed a picture of the trouble and why the problem must be fixed now. He also gave me a loner to use. Keoki makes sure all customers are looked after. Shay evaluated the problem and called me to give me an estimate price and a possible time when my car might be ready to be picked up (that afternoon). Shay is very efficient and try very hard to see that customers (a friend to them) knows all details of their repair. Usually if I have an emergency car fix it will take a day or two depending on their workload and they always try to loan me a car. As usual they did quality work. Thank you Pearl City Auto Works for keeping my 23 year old car safe to drive and running great. The outstanding work they do, the personal interest they show us and the reasonable price they charge is all because of Erin the owner. Everyone at Pearl City Auto Repair is just awesome! They work with you and are very sensitive to all your needs. They really go the extra mile. Plus they are super mechanics. I'm so thankful for all the work they have done on our aging car. I feel very safe driving after they check everything and do necessary repairs. This is the third time I've taken my vehicles for repairs to PC Auto and every time came away very satisfied with their professionalism, great work and fair prices. Obtaining a loaner really helped so my wife could still take and pick up our granddaughters to and from school. I've told my son and son-in-laws about this company and was surprised with the prices compared to elsewhere.
