Car was serviced on time. Service team,(office, “under the hood”,safety check), were outstanding! A thorough check of vehicle was done and reviewed with me. I was made ,aware ahead of time, of a few things to look at and monitor for the future. Great customer service produces great customer experiences! Thanks Peal City Auto Works‼️

I had an intermitant problem with the car not starting at times.The technitians there found the problem though it took days of trying to simulate the problem. Through thier persistance they found one of two radiator cooling fans not working and replaced it. Since then the car is running fine. Had they not found the problem I would have junked it. Thank you Pearl City Auto Works!

I've been trying to get my inspection sticker from this shop for over 2 weeks now, you can only get the sticker from at 8am or 1 pm, even if you try to make an appointment for a different time. It Is ridiculous, as a customer I shouldn't have to work around their schedule. Very upsetting, get your safety inspection done somewhere else!

I'm very sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with our times that we do safety inspections. We have to put the vehicles in a designated stall, pictures will show the area because of the safety inspection regulations. When cars are in the shop, the stall isn't available, so that is why we do safety inspections at 8am & 1pm. Yes...it's inconvenient but we really want to help you get this done.

Amazing and fast service. I had to have my entire transmission replaced which set me back a few grand. Pearl City Auto Works was kind enough to let me borrow a loaner vehicle free of charge for nearly 10 days so that I would not need to get a rental and spend another few hundred dollars.

Went in to check on battery symbol light "on". Diagnosis that alternator needed to be replaced. Technician checked other components, recommended transmission flush and radiator replacement. Did the work in a timely manner. Went in Friday completed work the following Monday "WOW"..... Rav 4 running great thanks Pearl City Auto Works....
