My wife and I have found our cars to be serviced by friendly, reliable, and honest staff. There's no guessing as to how much repairs will cost. What is quoted is what is charged and they keep us apprised as to what needs to be looked into on further visits. PCA is also community minded asking for donations to help out the OSPCA.
