My Toyota went haywire and no one could fix it. Brought it here and Keoki made it his mission to figure it out. Runs like a gem now and I’ve never gone anywhere else. They have the best service and prices around. I don’t even bother with quotes anymore, it’s just a waste of time because they are the best, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This is the most honest auto repair shop l have ever been to. And believe me I've been to a lot. I trust these guys I really do. But the best part is they will give you a loner car....no need to bother someone to pick you up or drop you off. Thanks Guys for everything!!! MAHALO!!!!!

Great autobody repair facility. Staff estimators are professionl, knowledgeable about it takes to get the repair done, and they have a written warranty that's given to you at the completion of the repair whether it's big or small.

I was very impressed at how professional and courteous everyone was at PCAW! The shop and office is clean and organized compared to other places I've been as well. I needed to take my car in to get a full check up because there are so many issues I'm having with it and I wasn't sure where to start as far as what to fix first, etc... what issues would be a priority and what stuff can probably wait to be repaired or replaced. Well I found PCAW on Google and made an appt since they appeared to be very highly rated. I had to see for myself. I'm always skeptical about trying out new mechanics, I've had bad experiences in the past. I was definitely not disappointed with PCAW. Keoki was extremely friendly and informative and kept me updated on my car. The diagnostic inspection they completed was much cheaper than what I was quoted over the phone so that's always a plus!! I'm definitely going to be using them in the future. One very big deal that I want to point out is that they emailed me a very detailed, easy to read and understand, full color summary of what they did and had everything itemized by what I should get taken care of soon and what's urgent. I don't know any other shop that does that. I'm very pleased! They've already done a superior job at establishing trust with me so I'm a very satisfied customer! All I have to do now is save up for the major work and schedule my next appointment. Thank you so much PCAW! I've already been telling all my friends and family about your business! Mahalo!
