Awesome service from beginning to end! I needed my car’s AC fixed, along with oil leaks and then some! They fixed it all in a timely manner, calling to update me, and sent emails to explain and show what they were doing. Excellent on time service. Friendly and personable staff. I forgot the car’s paperwork in the glove compartment But I didn’t need to go get it, they got it themselves.

Making an appointment is very easy and quick. Took my car in on Tuesday morning and on Thursday morning it was all done. My car run quiet and smooth. Also, had some quotes for other jobs for my car and the cost was much less than taking it back to the dealer. I like doing business with Pearl City Auto Works because their staff is very courteous and patient.
