Everyone was very courteous/friendly/family like. My car was well taken care of for safe driving/mechanical functions. I feel I can really depend on pc auto to care for my car.

I got no complaints....only praise for their customer service. I recently had a problem with my car, took it in, they assessed and found what needed to be done , made the corrections and now we’re all good and car’s back on the road. Thank you PCA for yet another successful job.

I had my 25 years old car serviced. The main reason I still have a car this old is because Pearl City Auto Works keeps my car in very good and safe running condition. Keoki, the manager, makes sure the customer is well taken care of, they know exactly what the service requirements are and that each car owner is satisfied 100%. Recently, I had a problem with my keys. Keoki found someone and had him go over to their shop and fix it thereby saving me time to go to a key maker. Troy, Technician, does very good work. He even reports things that need to be fixed asap and the ones that can wait. Shay, Service Advisor, is always willing to help you in any way possible. After my car service, she sends me a detailed report on what Troy did, found and condition of major car areas. With their help, I hope to keep my 25 year old car another 5 to 10 more years.

Prices were comparable to what I researched online. Quoted me a day and then got it done early. Amazing service.
