Aiea Auto Repair

I was searching online for an auto repair shop in the Pearl City/Aiea area and what caught my attention was PCAW offers loaners while your vehicle is being worked on. I called to give them my car problem and made an appointment. I love the text alert system that they use and also photo diagnostics with explanation sent to me. WOW howz that for high tech customer service notification. The garage and AC office are kept really clean and safe (social distancing). Keoki and Erin answered pretty much all my questions about other car related stuffs. Awesome people and overall service. NO MO WEIRD AND LOUD clacking sounds from the motor, "FIXED". A happy wife makes a happy life. "She didn't even hear me park her car in the garage" . MAHALO PCAW

Follow-up work was also recommended and will be presented with quotes.

The staff was incredibly friendly and honest. They came up with a repair plan that helped me make the best decision for me and my vehicle. I would recommend this business to everyone.

Awesome Service!!!

This was my first time here at this shop. During the quarantine, my usual safety inspection spot was closed. After searching on yelp, I found this location due to its reviews and location. After my inspection appointment was completed, the staff gave me their recommendation(s). This is part that makes me anxiou every year. I always wonder what big fixes are they going to find and how much money that I may have to potentially dish out. Other than that, the staff at Pearl City Auto Works have been very professional, tech savvy, and polite. Hopefully they can help me with the fixes in the future.

All the times that I had to go in for safety check Pearl City Auto Works was the first shop that I didn't feel pressured to "oh you need to change air filter today" or "you need to change oil" they did bring to my attention what needs to be addressed , most shops don't. Customer service is outstanding !
