I was very impressed at how professional and courteous everyone was at PCAW! The shop and office is clean and organized compared to other places I've been as well. I needed to take my car in to get a full check up because there are so many issues I'm having with it and I wasn't sure where to start as far as what to fix first, etc... what issues would be a priority and what stuff can probably wait to be repaired or replaced. Well I found PCAW on Google and made an appt since they appeared to be very highly rated. I had to see for myself. I'm always skeptical about trying out new mechanics, I've had bad experiences in the past. I was definitely not disappointed with PCAW. Keoki was extremely friendly and informative and kept me updated on my car. The diagnostic inspection they completed was much cheaper than what I was quoted over the phone so that's always a plus!! I'm definitely going to be using them in the future. One very big deal that I want to point out is that they emailed me a very detailed, easy to read and understand, full color summary of what they did and had everything itemized by what I should get taken care of soon and what's urgent. I don't know any other shop that does that. I'm very pleased! They've already done a superior job at establishing trust with me so I'm a very satisfied customer!
