Frankly! They are in tune with today's times with technology in updating all demographic society with informational technology for a surprisingly old mom and pop local business in Oahu. Never seen that from a local stand point a local old business. They are will organize and facility is very well kept and clean at their location. The only thing is that they are pricey, but worth the spend!

One of my warning lights intermittently kept going off until one day I got stuck on my way to work. Found out that my alternator needed to be replaced. Although it was a bit tricky, they were able to fix my car and the fact that they have loaners available makes a challenging situation easier to handle. They go out of their way to take care of their customers. Hard to find in todays world—much less for auto repair. I have more hope that my car will last a lot longer with their tender loving care!🥰

As always greatly satisfied with a honest and trustworthy company like PCAW I actually just referred my nephew for a brake issue and he’s coming because I told him it’s hard to find a honest mechanic nowadays. Great doing business with you and huge Mahalo for keeping me n my Ohana on the road…!!!

Made an appointment. They inspected the car on time. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I’ll definitely work with them again.

Pearl City Auto Works (PCAW) Always do quality work. The Technician, Troy, does superior job every time. He even reports other problems if any are found. Keoki, Lead service Advisor, always makes sure to explain to me what was wrong, what other problems they found, what they fixed and what problems can wait to be corrected. He always try very hard to schedule you when you want to bring in your car. Erin, the owner, in nice, friendly and honest. She worked hard to make her shop to be known for their Quality Work, Very Reasonable Cost and takes care the customers like family. So if anyone is looking for a place to take their car in for service and wants quality work done with fair price and be treated nice, I recommend you go to Pearl City Auto Works.
