Can't say enough good things about this business. I made an appointment with the highest rated mechanics in the area, assuming they're good at what they do, clearly. But they really went above and beyond my expectations. When I first booked my appointment, I got a call from the owner, basically asking me if I was okay rebooking, because they wouldn't have a loaner car (free) available to me on the date of my appointment, and wanted me to be able to get around. Just that thought, is above and beyond. I had gotten my car inspected maybe a month previously at a different shop, and had been told everything looked fine. After picking up my car from Pearl City Auto Works, I was emailed a detailed report of everything that was good, everything that might need work in the future, and immediate concerns. Why wasn't this picked up a month earlier, at the different shop, I don't know. 5 stars are well deserved.

Very professional & courteous. They tell you exactly what needs to be done & also mak recommendations on what else needs to be fixed or watched. Trust & honesty is a big reason I drive all the way from Makaha instead of going to another place closer by!
