I was extremely pleased with Pearl City Auto Works.Ashley and Erin were extremely pleasant to work with concerning the problem with my car! I was provided with what they found wrong and a estimate of the cost to fix the problems. I was also pleased with their email system and the ability to communicate with them! These two young ladies made it a true pleasure to work with them!

My car had recently shown me the anxiety causing Check Engine Light and I had unsuccessfully tried to call/visit several big company auto part/repair places for a simple diagnostics. I called Erin at Pearl City Auto Works and she told me to bring the car on by and they would be able to at least provide this service for me on a Saturday. I appreciated the upfrontness on probably not being able to do any service on the car but they could diagnose the car and find out the codes for the problem. I brought the car by and within 10 minutes I found out the problem. Unfortunately, the code was for something the shop doesn't specialize in but she was super helpful and provided me a name and number of another person that does that type of work. This is the most helpful & professional auto shop I have ever been to on island and main land included. I would have gladly asked for them to service my car given the circumstances they could. I recommend this shop if you want a fair, quick, and local place to take care of your cars auto issues. Mahalo!

For a diagnosis very reasonably priced. However I felt over priced for the work needed to be done.Price for part is $50 but total bill is $400 I guess its for the labor. Also, front desk girl very nice good customer service. Was told I'd get a call around 12pm for an update never got a call. I had to call at 2pm to see what's going on. Lady on phone kinda rude, could tell it wasn't the front desk girl. Would I come back? Meh...im kinda unsure about this place.
