Excellent customer service. Provided more information on anything else that my car may need. Also very responsive to questions I have. Ashley made going to Pearl City Autoworks a great experience. I believe for once since I have been owning cars that I feel comfortable and confident that my car's needs as well as questions I have will be taken care. I have found me a auto body shop for life!! Very efficient and great service. I needed major repairs done but I couldn't leave my car over night. I explained my situation and my car was ready and waiting when I came back at 4:30. The shop personnel are great.
