Aiea Auto Repair

I should have gone here first rather than the dealership!

Great as usual.

I went in for the evaluation of the CRT, but a leaking water pump was noted, and we scheduled that repair.

Technician explained the possible problem, and potential solutions. He was correct, and he fixed the problem correctly and quickly. I will certainly use Pearl City Auto Works again.

I have been going to Pearl City Auto Works for years. They are dependable, trustworthy, and fair. They have never tried to oversell me. They are my go-to auto repair shop.

Great communication and service, highly recommended.

Very professional from the front end to the manager. The problem was correctly diagnosed and corrected for a reasonable price. Loaner car was a nice benefit. I would have already sent additional work if they also did diesels.

Professional, prompt and didn't overcharge or try to get me to repair other issues. Will take my car back.

Very helpful, prompt delivery.

Great customer service. The lady at the front desk was very kind and had a smile on her face every time I spoke with her. She also updated us with our car, whenever needed. I would definitely recommend friends and family to this place, and will continue to come back!
