I have been taking my vehicles to Pearl City Auto Works for several years and they have always been so helpful! Very professional service and at the same time sharing their kindness and concern. We are all just like one big happy family! I highly recommend them for all your vehicle needs!

Excellent service...... If you can afford it :() just kidding. While I haven't had time to chk out details; on the whole i'm very pleased with these pros... Had some major work done, took a few days but it was painless 'cause they provided a loaner!! ...very nice, clean p/u better then my own! My truck runs great now; 100% recommend!

Very fast and expedient service. Always checking for any problems with the vehicle and reporting it to us if it will be of a problem and recommended repairs if necessary.

I suppose this story begins almost exactly one year ago. I found myself stranded in a parking lot with a dead battery as I was trying to leave for work. My car had gotten its milestone service about a week prior, so I was pretty annoyed about being blindsided by this. Fast forward to a year later and a new(er) vehicle...and I notice a helpful advertorial in my neighborhood newsletter about how car batteries can give out in our intense summer heat. That definitely got my attention! At the end of the article was an offer for a free courtesy check of your battery at Pearl City Auto Works. I emailed Erin that evening to request a courtesy check, and the very next morning their receptionist called me to schedule. She was very friendly and helpful; my only quibble is that she didn't mention where exactly they're located inside Harbor Center as that would've definitely saved me a few minutes and minor frustration (turns out, they're a few doors down from Napa Auto Parts).Upon my arrival, the young lady behind the counter greeted me warmly and promptly got me checked in. It took about half an hour, but they gave my car a more detailed once-over, not just the battery. Erin came over to say hi and told me everything was in good shape...which was great to hear, since I'd just had my car in for milestone maintenance a few weeks ago! We struck up a conversation about dogs and dog training (what are the odds...lol), and she became a keeper in my book!My safety check is coming up next month. Guess who I'm gonna call (and it's not Ghostbusters)!

Great customer service, friendly staff and good mechanics.

I have been to a lot of repair shops over the years and have found none better than PCAW, They care about your car and makes sure all repairs are done efficiently and at minimum cost. I have been to some repair shops where they add on to the cost by making unnecessary repairs. I trust PCAW and their mechanics unconditionally and I know that when my car is repaired and ready they did their very best work at minimum cost. Quality work at minimum cost, what more could you ask for?

Than you very much for taking care of all my auto needs. If it wasn't for those reminders that you send out, I would still be driving a defective car. Call it perfect timing. Thank you again PCAW!
