I've been bringing my cars to PCAW for the past three years. They were recommended by Hawaiian Tire & Auto Center, a very trustworthy and fair company. When a trustworthy company recommends another company, I pay attention.PCAW has been working on my 1991 Toyota Pickup and 2005 Toyota Corolla for the past three years. Each time I bring my cars in, I get excellent service and reasonable prices. I have never felt like they were trying to squeeze an extra dollar out of me.A year ago I brought my Corolla in for its annual safety check. The new safety check regulations are more stringent but more thorough to ensure the safety of the cars. I watched the mechanic, Keoki, go through the meticulous steps of inspecting each part of the car and verifying it with pictures. I got the sense that this place is high on integrity because they wanted to do things correctly.On my most recent visit, the struts on my Corolla, which had 74,000 miles, needed to be replaced. I brought my car in at 8:00am, was quoted a fair price, and had my car ready by the afternoon.PCAW reminds me of the service station of yesterday, but without the gas pumps. The mechanics are reliable, the work is excellent, and the customer care is top-notch. I appreciate the work-ethic of Shay, Erin, and Keoki.
