Very impressed with the facilities and the staff. My car window was fixed in a timely manner. They did an excellent inspection of my vehicle and notified me verbally and with photos of problems with my Hyundai Sonata.

I was very impressed with their customer service at Pearl City Auto Works. They are the only shop that lends you a vehicle to use, no questions asked. Also they sent me a detailed description of the repairs needed with PICTURES. I never felt pressured to get additional repairs done and they made the necessary repairs faster than I expected. Not to mention they actually explained what repairs needed to be done and broke down the total so you can understand what is actually being repaired on your vehicle. I will be recommending them to everyone. Glad I found a trustworthy shop in island. Thank you PCAW!

Good fix on an old car.

Great customer service. Battery died, "K" jump started car, drove car from my home to shop. Installed new battery and took care of disc rotor, pads, leaky radiator hose, etc. Since I had no way to get to his shop the next day, "K" came to my home at 6:00 a. m., drove me to the shop to pickup the car. Really appreciated this service as I needed to drive daughter to bus stop by 6:15 .I can't say enough about their service and kindness in taking care of me. LOved their detailed computerized billing. Their updates/reminders to my computer helps me track when I need to see them on oil change, safety check etc. Mahalo!

I had an emergency situation where my car was overheating because the heater hose connector had broken. I was nearby Pearl City Auto when it happened, and they kindly made arrangements to see me as soon as I arrived. Because I had a friend with health issues with me, they allowed me to purchase the part at the nearby Napa to shorten the wait time, and they even stayed into their lunch hour to finish the job for me so I didn't have to wait til after their lunch hour. I am so grateful for their professional and friendly service. And I was also impressed by the cleanliness of their garage -- something you don't always see at mechanic shops.
