The team is very professional from the receptionist to the mechanics and the owner! Keoki promptly attended to correcting a loose cover which was not put back correctly. I also appreciate a detailed list of what needs to be fixed on my aging car and what can wait until next time. I would highly recommend this business to my friends and family.

AC stopped working, brought it in to Pearl city auto works. Very friendly and timely. AC has been blowing cold for the 4days I’ve got my 2018 Tahoe back.

Good service: service desk personnel friendly, automated input and output using iPads, more vehicle check points then other places, expect 30 minutes wait time but with appointment it’s better than other places. I’m taking my 2nd vehicle there for its next inspection.
