I just had to write another review. I would like to mention and thank both Keoki and Jenn for their support and guidance as we went through the diagnostic process for my very old car. They are really the best. I highly recommend Pearl City Auto works!

Staff is very friendly, helpful and very professional. The work was done that accommodated my schedule (and they even gave me a loaner so I do my errands).

Went in to get my transmission switch replaced after the dealership quoted me $190 just to look at the vehicle. Went in at 6am got my car by 10am amazing service by Keoki, Jen at the front desk and all the mechanics at PCAW! Their loaner program is amazing it’s rare to find a shop that’s takes care of you like family and while it’s only my second visit i definitely consider PCAW my auto family and will going here for all my auto needs! Much mahaloz to all the staff at PCAW!

My cars motor needed extensive repairs. PC Auto Works worked on the vehicle in a timely manner and the repairs were done under the estimate. They noticed my safety check was due and completed that before I picked up my car. I've used them for many years and will continue to do so.

Best place I've ever been on the island. I addressed my concerns when all other places either overcharge or refuse to work on items. I will definitely return.

Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. Then the day of was on time, simple, and affordable. Note - I did only use them for a safety inspection, but this process was easy and I would highly recommend them for that service with no remorse.
