Good customer service is sometimes hard to find in this world right now. I am always pleased every time I take one of my vehicles there for repairs. They have a great staff! Always kind and helpful. They really care about their clients!

4 or 5 years ago, I had an idle problem on my car and took it to Midas to check and they recommend to replace the idle and it will cost me at least $900. so I search and ask some friends any good car repair shop and they mention Pearl City Auto Repair so I brought my car and Erin (the owner) told me that it just need cleaning and it only cost me less than $100. and until now my idle is still working. They're honest and friendly, they don't take advantage of females who doesn't know anything about cars.

I started bringing all my vehicles here when the owner (Dennis) was working. Now he's retired and his daughter Erin runs the shop. She and her crew have always done a terrific job whenever my vehicles needed any servicing or repairs. I wouldn't consider taking them anywhere else..
