The people who work there are courteous and knowledgeable. Excellent service and repair. I highly recommend PCAW for any automobile repairs.

We are always satisfied with the work done on the car. Also, good customer service given to us. Would recommend to others.

Excellent Customer Service and Maintenance personnel. Mechanic Keoki listened to my problems I had with my vehicle. When I picked up my car the problems I had were all fixed. Awesome job! Mahalo Pearl City Auto Works!!!

Great on time service with great followup of future services and repairs if necessary.

Excellent service

Thank you for getting me and my car back on the road again! It is so difficult and I get that lost feeling when I am without my vehicle. It is so comforting that PCAW technicians are so knowledgeable and caring when it comes to diagnosing the problem/s and explaining it to me. thank you again, PCAW!

Quick & happy for their service . Will always bring my car there.

The drive home was so smooth I couldn't believe the shocks were so bad. The price was reasonable and it was done pretty fast too. I plan to go back when I need to do more car repairs.

PC Auto works has taken very good care of all my cars. Since they cancelled Saturday service I am unable to utilize their services as much as I used to. They are always friendly and know me by name.

very clean and professional good communication, and friendly thanks first class!!
