I was impressed that the tech provides emailed report with photos to inform customer on condition of vehicle, WOW! Impressive. The staff is extremely busy, but provided estimates by email. They answered my questions. Best car repair service!! Have never been disappointed, rather amazed at their consistent professionalism.

Quick service. Battery died at work. AAA diagnosed as faulty alternator. Pearl City Auto Works replaced alternator a lot quicker than if I took the vehicle to dealer. Courtesy inspection revealed brake and transmission needed service as well. All services completed quickly. Highly recommend Pearl City Auto Works.
